KS & Wichita SCCA SOLO MiDiv Presented by R&S/SPS

Event Details:

• What: Solo MiDiv series events #3 and #4 of the 2024 Autocross Season
  • Each days event is a points event for both Kansas Region and Wichita Region members
• Presented by: Solo Performance Specialties (SPS) and R&S Racing
• Location: Independence-Freedom Municipal Airport, Kansas & Wichita Region SCCA
  • 499 Freedom Dr.
    Independence, KS 67301
• Dates: May 3rd (Friday) - May 5th (Sunday), 2024

Entry Fees:

• SCCA Members: $45 for one day, $80 for both days
• Non-SCCA Members: $60 for one day (includes Weekend Membership), $95 for both days

Run Details:

• Each driver will get 6 runs, subject to change based on turnout and conditions.
• Event does not allow passengers

Registration:

• Deadline: There will be no onsite or late registration.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration at any time before 6:00 pm the night before the event and your credit card will be issued a 100% refund. To cancel, return to the MSR Dashboard to edit registration and select "cancel" If you "no show" and do no cancel your registration you may not receive a refund. .

• Friday, May 3rd: 
  • 5:00 pm - Site Opens
  • 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Course setup
  • 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Tech open
  • 8:00 pm - Site Closes
• Saturday, May 4th:
  • 7:00 am -  Site opens
  • 7:15 am - 8:30 am Registration and Tech
  • 8:45 am - Novice walk of the course
  • 9:00 am - Drivers Meeting
  • 9:15 am - Heat 1 worker check-in and drivers to their car
  • 9:30 am - First car off
  • After competition runs - if time permits we will have fun runs

• Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
• Secured overnight trailer parking on-site
• Overnight accommodations are not available onsite.
• Los Compadres Street Tacos - On-site 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday 
• Local restaurants and eateries in Independence are recommended for meals.
• Dogs on site are welcome as long as they are always leashed and they are picked up after.
